Grandparents locked girl in bathroom for six years

In a city of Dayton there were grandparents accused of locking/keeping a elementary school-girl for 6 years . this story right here is tragic the girl living there for 6 years. The sad part about this story is that they keeped their their own little granddaughter. from now on the little girl now has to be treated with this horrible memory for the rest of her life. also when they keeped her in the bathroom she was 3 years old.
